Katherine Shilenok-Wright is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer of CSMI. Ms. Shilenok-Wright manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the organization. She originates and leads Human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Ms. Shilenok-Wright possesses more than 25 years of human resources and organizational experience in higher education. Prior to joining CSMI, Ms. Shilenok-Wright worked at one of the largest school districts in New Jersey. Ms. Shilenok-Wright’s expertise includes talent management, labor relations, organizational change management, succession planning, recruiting, strategic planning, benefits administration, and project administration.
Ms. Shilenok-Wright is passionate about helping organizations make the most of their resources. Her professional achievements underscore her ability to create and implement solutions to complex challenges. She is excited about being a strategic partner with CSMI and is excited about improving the student learning experience.
Ms. Shilenok-Wright graduated from Drexel University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
