Richard Kramer is CSMI’s Senior Director of Safety and Security. Rich designs and maintains security systems for all buildings and facilities managed by CSMI and its schools, and oversees all security personnel. Prior to joining CSMI Rich was a consultant in personal and commercial security.
A police officer for 27 years, Rich is an expert on the use of force having been an instructor in firearms, batons, tasers, handcuffing, chemical agents, pursuit driving and rapid deployment among other critical police skills.
Rich served as a trustee for the Lower Merion Police Pension Fund as well as trustee for the for Montgomery County Police Memorial. He is a past President of the Lower Merion Fraternal Order of Police and currently serves as a trustee. He has consulted for the Montgomery County Tactical Response Training Center and is a Co-founder of Street Smart Driving Academy.
Rich studied criminal justice at the Montgomery County Community College and Business at Towson University.
Rich is married and has four daughters.
