New Academic Building Opens at Camden Community Charter School

Since Camden Community Charter School opened its door in September 2013, it has lived up to its promise of being an agent of change for the children of Camden.

Now, with the addition of a second academic building, CCCS will continue to grow and will continue to provide transformative educational opportunities for Camden youth.

On Thursday, Sept, 3, CCCS held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new academic building, which will accommodate the enrollment growth for the 2015-2016 school year, which begins Tuesday, Sept. 8.

The new building features state-of-the-art technology, including SMARTboards in every classroom. Now beginning its third year of operation, CCCS proudly serves 700 students in grades K-7.
