John Fraunhoffer is the Chief Operating Officer for CSMI. In this capacity, Mr. Fraunhoffer is responsible for overseeing operations, information systems, state reporting, and administrative support functions for both CSMI and its schools. Additionally, Mr. Fraunhoffer coordinates students accounting and enrollment services for CSMI client schools. To fulfill this responsibility, Mr. Fraunhoffer interfaces regularly with the school districts CSMI schools serve.
Prior to joining CSMI, Mr. Fraunhoffer served as Assistant Director of IT for the Delaware County Intermediate Unit (DCIU) , which helps to develop innovative and cost-effective educational programs and services to meet the needs of Delaware county. Mr. Fraunhoffer was responsible for the selection, implementation, training and support of all enterprise software applications. Additionally, Mr. Fraunhoffer also managed child accounting for the DCIU and coordinated all federal and state reporting requirements for the school districts of Delaware County.
Prior to working in education, Mr. Fraunhoffer spent 20 years working for public and private organizations managing the IT, customer service and human resource functions for high-tech manufacturers and distributors. Mr. Fraunhoffer’s expertise is in project management and the re-engineering of business processes to maximize efficiencies through the use of technology while reducing costs.
Mr. Fraunhoffer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Villanova University.
