Chief Financial Officer

Bill Zarrilli

 

Bill Zarrilli is Chief Financial Officer of CSMI. In his role of CFO, Mr. Zarrilli is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finance, information technology, grant management, benefits and compensation, and certain administrative functions. Mr. Zarrilli provides a leadership role in the development of the company’s financing strategy, general corporate strategy, and business development.

Mr. Zarrilli possesses more than 25 years of financial and operational experience. Before joining CSMI in 2016, Mr. Zarrilli was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Richardson, a leading internationally-recognized sales training and sales performance improvement company. Mr. Zarrilli’s primary responsibilities at Richardson included overseeing the financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, contract administration, and human resources functions for the company. Prior to joining Richardson, he held several positions of increasing responsibility in finance and operations at InvestorForce, a technology company specializing in the development of business solutions for the institutional investment community, GlaxoSmithKline and KPMG.

Mr. Zarrilli has provided volunteer leadership to several organizations including serving as Vice-Chair and Co-Chair of Musicopia, a non-profit providing music education and training to underserved communities.

Mr. Zarrilli’s accomplishments have been recognized by the business community as a recipient of the Philadelphia Business Journal and Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business CFO of the Year Award – Finalist Medium Sized Company and Smart CEO Executive Management Award – CFO Category.

Mr. Zarrilli graduated with an M.B.A., concentration in Finance, from Drexel University and a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
