Vahan H. Gureghian | Founder & CEO

Mr. Gureghian founded CSMI on the premise that by applying basic business management principles to schools, and separating the business of operating a school from academics, teachers and administrators are freed up to focus on what they do best, educate students.

Jake Der Hagopian | President

Mr. Der Hagopian provides business leadership to CSMI’s senior management team utilizing his experience in business, finance, strategic planning and development.

Bill Zarrilli | Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Zarrilli is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finance, information technology, grant management, benefits and compensation, and certain administrative functions.

John Fraunhoffer | Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Fraunhoffer is responsible for overseeing operations, information systems, state reporting, and administrative support functions for both CSMI and its schools.

Danielle Gureghian | Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Mrs. Gureghian has been with CSMI since its inception and has worked closely with its key executives to ensure the growth and success of CSMI as a leader in the field of educational management.

Louise Vitiello | Senior Vice President of Development

Dr. Vitiello has designed, written proposals for, and directed grant-funded programs for 35 years. Dr. Vitiello seeks funding for CSMI schools to support innovative academic programs as well as for student support services.

Max Tribble | Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer

Mr. Tribble is responsible for all external communications, including media and public relations as well as communications with federal, state and local government.

Dan Weinles | Vice President of Assessment, Research & Evaluation

Dr. Weinles oversees the implementation of formative and summative assessments, evaluates school-based programs and interventions, and provides data analysis and related support to school and charter management leadership.

Craig Wigley | Vice President of Academics & Curriculum

Mr. Wigley provides oversight to curricular and academic initiatives focused on fostering student growth. He works collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure school leaders have the instructional tools needed to support the mission of our managed schools.
